With Facezy, you can generate stunning AI-powered photos and videos using your own images. Whether you're creating avatars, filters, or unique visual effects, your content remains private and is handled with the highest level of data protection.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect or store any personal data.

  • No sign-up or login is required.
  • We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or contacts.
  • Your interactions remain entirely on your device.

Your photos and videos are not linked to any personally identifiable information.

2. Photo & Video Handling

  • You may upload images from your device to use Facezy's AI features.
  • Photos are either processed:
    • Locally on your device, or
    • Securely on our AI servers (if applicable), only to generate your requested content.
  • Uploaded images and generated results are not stored, shared, or sold.
  • If cloud processing is used, data is automatically deleted shortly after processing.
  • You retain full ownership of the content you generate.

3. AI Processing & Safety

Facezy uses cutting-edge AI models to create:

  • AI portraits or avatars
  • Artistic filters and visual effects
  • AI-generated photos and videos

We ensure:

  • No biometric data is extracted or stored
  • No facial recognition, emotion detection, or profiling
  • AI is used solely for generating content you initiate

4. Third-Party Services

We may use trusted third-party services for:

  • AI model hosting (e.g., cloud GPU providers)
  • Ads (e.g., Google AdMob, if enabled)
  • In-app purchases (Apple App Store)

These services may collect non-personal data, such as:

  • IP address
  • Device ID
  • App interaction (e.g., ad views, in-app purchase events)

We do not access or store this data ourselves. All third-party data is handled under their respective privacy policies (e.g., Google’s Privacy Policy).

5. In-App Purchases (Coin System)

Facezy uses a coin-based system to unlock premium AI features such as photo or video generation.

  • Users can purchase coins through secure, one-time in-app purchases via the Apple App Store.
  • Each coin package allows you to generate content or access specific tools, depending on the number of coins used.
  • We do not collect or store any payment or billing information.
  • All payment processing and purchase history are securely managed by Apple through your Apple ID.

You can manage your purchases or restore past purchases directly through your App Store account settings.

6. Children’s Privacy

Facezy is not intended for children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has used the app inappropriately, please contact us immediately.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard practices to protect your content and usage:

  • Encryption in transit when using cloud processing
  • No long-term storage of any uploaded or generated content
  • All processing is limited to the purpose you initiate

8. Limited Tracking & Firebase Usage

Facezy does not use:

  • Location tracking
  • Background monitoring
  • Advertising or profiling SDKs

However, we use Firebase by Google for:

  • Crash reporting (Crashlytics)
  • App performance monitoring
  • Basic usage metrics (e.g., screen views, session duration)

This data is:

  • Anonymous
  • Used strictly for app improvement
  • Never shared for advertising or profiling

9. Your Rights

You can:

  • Delete the app anytime to stop data processing
  • Revoke permissions via your iOS device settings

Since we do not store your data, there's typically no need to request data deletion.

We may update this policy from time to time.

Any major changes will be communicated in the app and/or via our App Store listing.
